Frequently Asked Questions

We can essentially build anything you like. For example, a removable top, sliding drawers, triple (or larger) kennels, epoxy tops, engraved tops, thicker heavy duty tops, exotic woods, built in food and water bowls, odd shapes, or resizable kennels for new pups that are still crate training. If you have an idea, ask us. We can almost certainly build what you're looking for.  

We will do our best to keep the "Shop and sizing" page updated with this information. This is not our primary employment for the time being, so each project we take on will add several weeks to the lead time. Please be patient with us as we work toward this transition. 

At this time, no. All sales on custom items are final at the time the project is accepted. Though we strive to build every item to perfection, we're imperfect. Please look over your item thoroughly before accepting. Once we begin to build standardized items, we will reassess the need for a return policy. As for buyer's remorse or incorrectly sized purchases, we will not issue a refund. Before we begin to build, we will verify the details directly with you to ensure that what you've selected at least seems to make sense.

Though there is currently no warranty, we are only delivering locally, which allows certain benefits. We will be happy to have a conversation with you if problems arise down the road. Please contact us directly to sort this out. 

We are not shipping kennels at this time. We intend to add that to our repertoire at a later date. Hand delivery is the only option currently available. 

We have our suggestions listed on the "Shop and Sizing" page, but included are truly our best guess based on average sizes of purebred dogs. We recognize that most dogs are not purebred, so here is an article that may help with your selection.
